Food Supply Notice

Monthly school meal menus for breakfast and lunch are published on this page so that families are aware of what foods will be served each day. Please be aware that due to regional and national food supply issues beyond our control, there may be times during this school year when our school meal menus must be adjusted, with as much notice to families as is possible.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Meal Updates for School Year 2023-2024

This school year, Wicomico County Public Schools will participate in a federal program called CEP (Community Eligibility Provision). The program offers all Wicomico students breakfast and lunch at no charge.

However, because of other benefits to students and the schools they attend, we are encouraging ALL FAMILIES to complete a Household Data Collections Form to determine eligibility for additional resources based on federal guidelines. Please click on the below link to be directed to the Household Data Collection Form:  https://household_data.wicomicoschools.org/ Please contact your school's principal or guidance counselor if you have any questions regarding this form.

The charging of meals to student accounts will not be necessary this school year. However, a la carte items will be available for purchase through cash transactions or deducted from a student's My Payments Plus account on a school-by-school basis. Please Note: Negative balances on meal accounts from previous years will be carried over into this school year. If a student's meal account is negative from a previous year, parents will be notified via automated phone calls, letters, and emails.

To assist you in managing your student's meal account, parents can view a student's purchase history, set low balance notifications, and add funds to a student's account electronically at www.mypaymentsplus.com. Upon registering your account with your student's ID number (not their PIN number), you will have free up-to-date access. A 4.75% fee is assessed only when you add funds to the account. Please allow up to 24 hours for new funds to be posted to a student's account.

Feel free to contact the Department of Food and Nutrition Services office with any questions, comments, or concerns by phone at 410-677-4419 or email wcpsfns@wcboe.org.
