The Wicomico County Board of Education will hold a public budget hearing at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 10 in the Board Auditorium at 101 Long Ave., Salisbury. All are invited to attend to give input for next year's school system budget.

Our Feburary PBIS monthly incentive will take place on Friday, February 27th. Students with zero office referrals for the month of February may participate in February's "Popcorn & Movie" incentive. This will be a time to celebrate and reinforce positive behavior while cozied up with our peers and popcorn. Remember to Be Respectful, Be Responsible, Be Ready to Learn, & Be Helpful!

Useful information for this cold week with all of its schedule changes: A note that report cards will now be available Jan. 30 (rescheduled from Jan 29), and a chart about school times with a 90-minute delay.
Good afternoon. Due to continued concerns about weather-related conditions, Wicomico County Public Schools will have a 90-minute delay on Thursday, Jan. 29. Breakfast will not be served in school. Families will receive school-specific instructions regarding the day's schedule if needed. Thank you, and please be safe.

A Superintendent's Open Door Session will take place from 4-6 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 28. Time with Superintendent of Schools Dr. Micah Stauffer is on a first-come, first-served basis, at the school system's main office at 2424 Northgate Drive, Salisbury.

Valentine Gram's are back again this year. Each Valentine, consisting of a sweet treat and message, will cost $1 and will be available for purchase from February 2nd through February 6th.

Students brought home laptops and chargers today (or paper packets for our youngest learners) in case virtual instruction becomes a necessity, but the earliest day that could happen is next Friday (Jan. 30) -- and then only if schools were closed by inclement weather conditions the three days before that.
