Parkside High Class of 2026, Alex Giordano, is doing research on the effects of spraying melatonin on poinsettias in her Horticulture class. Today, Alex and Mr. Kelley went out to spray the poinsettias and get data for her research. We love that our Horticulture students do research that can have a positive impact on future generations. Alex Giordano is certainly Learning Today, Leading Tomorrow.

Parkside's Queen of Crocheting, Emily Miller (also a fabulous math teacher), recently completed a Parkside RAM pillow after having to create her own design to make it! Emily decided to donate this project to Mr. Briggs and Parkside so that it can always stay with the RAMFAM and provide a fitting example of how much being a RAM means to so many people, like Emily and Brian. Once You're a RAM, You're Always a RAM! 💚🤍🐏🤍💚
