Wicomico schools will hold open house events Aug. 27 (middle and high schools) and Aug. 28 (elementary schools) in preparation for the opening of the 2025-2026 school year on Tuesday, Sept. 2, for most students.
Schools will send out student school-year information letters on Aug. 15, with open house information included with this welcome letter. Students and families may also visit www.wicomicoschools.org for:

Wednesday, Aug. 27 Open House
Pittsville Elementary and Middle: All Pittsville Elementary & Middle students are invited to join us for our Back-to-School Open House on Wednesday, Aug. 27 from 4–6 p.m. Families are asked to bring their completed Student Personal Data & Emergency Record form to the event. During the Open House, families can tour the school, meet teachers, and reconnect with friends. Middle school families will also be able to pick up student schedules to help everyone get a head start on the new year. Together, we’ll kick off the 2025-2026 school year Rooted in Purpose, Growing Together.
